What will it feel like to be free

What will it feel like to be free

Each week I work with men and women, some who have been smoking for as long as 40 years who end their habit in our one hour session.

During the session you will become a non-smoker and as a non-smoker (or non-tobacco user) you won’t get nasty nicotine cravings.

During your customized session you will receive a set of powerful techniques that will help you alleviate any urges to smoke in the future.

When you are ready to be free of a very unhealthy and potentially life-threatening, and expensive habit, please call (928) 710-8898 and we’ll have a chat on the phone to make sure that this is the right choice for you.

When you are ready to become a non-smoker, schedule an appointment and take care of the habit once and for all. Be truly be free, liberated, and happy.

I smoked and chewed tobacco for 25 years. (starting at 15 and ending at 39 years of age).

I have been free of tobacco after a hypnosis session I attended in 2008. Since then it’s been wonderful to not be worried about getting sick or dying from a simple habit that’s supposed to be relaxing.

E-cigarettes can contain up to 10 times the carcinogens of cigarettes – ScienceAlert.com

New research has revealed that e-cigarettes can contain up to 10 times the amount of carcinogens of regular cigarettes, which has brought the claim that these devices are a healthier alternative to smoking into serious contention.

“One new brand of e-cigarette, whose name has not been made public, showed a more than 10-fold increase in formaldehyde levels in nine out of every 10 sets,” McCurry reports. “The device produced 1,600 micrograms of formaldehyde per 15 puffs.”

Formaldehyde – Research studies of workers exposed to formaldehyde have suggested an association between formaldehyde exposure and several cancers, including nasopharyngeal cancer and leukemia.

If you would have asked me if I wished I could be a non-smoker the day before I used hypnotism as a tool to become a non-smoker I would have told you that I wished it was possible, and I hoped it was possible, and that I really, really wanted to, but that I wasn’t sure if it would work for me. It did and it still does to this day.

The idea of me becoming a smoker or a chewer again, today is the most absurd thing I could think of. Nicotine, and whatever else gets put into the tobacco products will never equate to the relief and peace of mind of not needing to have tobacco.

You deserve to have real peace of mind and real relief that can never come through a smoke.

One of the greatest secrets of cigarette marketing is to convince a smoker that while others might be able to kick the habit, they won’t — because it’s too difficult to quit

Suggesting over and over that you keep reminding yourself that there are too many stresses in life to quit. And suggesting that only after all those stresses in your life are reduced — then maybe you might be able to cut back on smoking a little bit, or to switch to a lower tar version.

It’s brutally manipulative and it works well. Most smokers don’t quit because they feel that they are too weak to overcome the thoughts of not having a nicotine fix.

For some, just the idea of being able to regain self-control from years of smoking cigarettes can be a scary and daunting proposition. It’s a thought that can make a person feel like it might not be possible for them. But you can.

If you are a smoker and you wish to be a non-smoker, you are not alone.

7 out of 10 (69.3%) people smoking today want to completely stop smoking — according to the CDC.

Once upon a time I was a pack a day smoker until I switched over to a can of smokeless tobacco a day. I smoked Marlboros and Newports and I chewed Kodiak smokeless tobacco. And I kept it up for over 10 years.

Won’t tell you how many times I dreamed of being over it, and I lost count of how many times I actually tried and failed to gain self-control (probably a dozen times).

Usually an attempt consisted of talking myself with much bravado and “courage”. But of course after a matter of a few hours or a day at best, the continuous thoughts smoking, pictures of it in my mind, led me back to the store with a feeling of defeat to purchase a pack of cigarettes. I’ll be honest, it got to the point that I felt pathetic and weak and I almost bought into the lie that becoming a non-smoker wasn’t possible for me.

I hated smoking because I felt like the cigarette’s puppet. Ironically, I didn’t feel any stress ‘relief’ or the lessening of anxiety after finishing a cigarette most of the time.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but if you were smoking a pack a day like I was, any time I thought of being free of cigarettes, there was a part of my brain that kept telling me that I was not going be able to live without nicotine. My mother smoked, and I started smoking to socialize with people in high school — it’s so silly and kind of a embarrassing to think of how I started as I look back on it now.

However, a few years ago I was looking through the local newspaper and saw an advertisement for a hypnotist was travelling through town to help people quit smoking. I’d never been formally hypnotized before, and while I wasn’t skeptical, I was curious to see if it would work for me.

Upon arriving at the event I found that there were at least 200 people in attendance. I was amazed at how many smokers wanted to quit. The whole process took about 90 minutes, and when I left I was done with any thoughts of having an interest in nicotine.

I had a feeling from time to time like a wanted a cigarette for a few days afterwards, but they were very, very minor because my willpower and self-control toward nicotine had been supercharged. To say the least I became a believer of the magnificent power of the mind, that I could make such a tremendous change with minimal effort.

<3>I didn’t gain weight once I became a non-smoker. Actually I dropped a few pounds because I took on a new outlook on life. I didn’t go through any “withdrawals”, either. All that was taken care of in the session.

I’m a non-smoker and it was nowhere near as difficult or painful or as tough as “they” said it was going to be. It feels so much better to be smoke free then at any time as a smoker.

Who is “they”? They are are stories that I heard over and over again that having self-control towards tobacco was an act in futility.

I became a non-smoker with hypnosis. In fact it’s the very reason I’ve become a hypnotist and why clients have a high success rate with this protocol. I wouldn’t wish a smoking habit on my worst enemy.

When you are ready to become a non-smoker you’ll find hypnosis really, really works. It’s very effective, it’s efficient and it’s not difficult.
